嗨,我是胡家綾,專門從事視覺設計策略,品牌定位和用戶研究的設計管理製作人,擁有8年以上的設計工作經驗,專案執行領域包含平面視覺設計、互動介面設計,展覽製作及動態影像設計。

作為設計主管,我的最終目標是發掘並支持團隊中各領域的創造者 - 支持團隊幫助他們成長,同時保持他們的創作的快樂和動力。

注重創意核心發展和專案成果,在動態影像設計及視覺設計的各個方面均具有實際執行經驗。

Hi, this is Jialing Hu, a Design Producer, specializing in visual design strategy, branding, and user research with more than 8 years of experience working in design.

As a Design Leader, my ultimate goal is to bring out the best in my team. My intentions are simple and genuine – to support my people to help them grow, while keeping them happy and motivated.
Creative and results-oriented professional with hands-on experience in all aspects of motion graphic design. Expert at developing innovative visual strategies including animation and motion graphics while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

TKLAB是一個只在官方平台銷售的品牌電商,專注於保養品及保健食品,品牌宗旨是產品品質及消費者體驗為優先。非常注重於消費者資料,並利用數據分析進行行銷活動安排。為擴展消費客群,同時經營餐飲事業,包含餐酒館、手搖飲及燒肉店。

  • 管理設計團隊以及聯繫外包設計團隊,確保每個執行過程的產出都能打到標準

  • 為完整傳達品牌理念而進行跨部門合作,包含商品開發部門、採購部門及IT團隊,溝通產品行銷賣點、減省產品製作成本,並協同開發更好用的使用者平台。

  • 帶領團隊進行行銷活動製作,指引每個行銷活動的主要宣傳方向,為公司製作行銷素材。包含品牌網站、官方APP、社交媒體、宣傳冊、投放廣告及影片內容。

  • 重塑公司品牌,為新的業務擴張階段做好準備。 包括全新子品牌的識別設計以及相關的延伸設計。
     

  • TKLAB is a branded e-commerce company only sold on the official platform, focusing on skin care products and health food. The brand's purpose is to give priority to product quality and consumer experience.

  • A strong focus on consumer profiles and the use of data analytics for marketing campaigns.

  • To expand the customer base, TKLAB also operates a catering business, including a bistro, beverage shops, and grill houses.

  • - Managing the design team as well as freelancers to ensure every milestone is met and quality is up to standard.

  • - To carry out cross-departmental cooperation in order to fully convey the brand concept, including the product development department, the procurement department, and the IT team, communicate product marketing selling points and collaborate to develop a better user platform.

  • - Lead the team on art direction in creating marketing materials for the company. The brand's website, official APP, social media, brochure, presentation deck, banner ad, event, and video content were included.

  • - Revamping the company's brand to prepare for the new business expansion phase. This includes the new design of a completely new sub-brand and the associated guidelines and templates.

目前擔任分公司經理及設計專案製作,負責帶領設計團隊在不同場域中以視覺設計完成客戶需求,如展覽、活動、互動設計、動態影像及平面視覺設計等等。

除香港總公司及紐約分公司外,在國內持續與許多客戶夥伴維持良好關係,如國立臺灣科學教育館、台灣樂天及​高雄市都發局等等。

Notable Accomplishments
Successfully obtained multiple views on social media for various projects including “The Mystery of Victim Blaming”, “Everyone’s Gender Book” and Taiwan animated history series
Received distinctions as recipient of the Golden Pin Design Award 2017, Red Dot Design Award 2017, and If Design Award 2018 for the animation "The Mystery of Victim Blaming" which involved the production of motion graphics design gaining 800,000 views on project management and approximately 13,000 views on social media
